Jurica Novak

Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company's Central European Office

Jurica advises clients from the financial, telecommunications, consumer goods and private equity sectors mainly in the field of strategy development, including digital, corporate finance, risk management, transformation and operational efficiency.

During more than dozen years at McKinsey, Jurica supported or led client service teams on three continents. Prior to his current role, he helped establish and expand McKinsey’s presence in the CEE region, serving as Managing Partner of McKinsey’s offices in Zagreb, Belgrade, and Bucharest.

He is an author of numerous McKinsey publications, including “CEE Digital Challengers in the next normal”, “The rise of CEE Digital Challengers”, and “A new dawn. Reigniting growth in Central Europe”. He graduated from the University of Cambridge (PhD, Theoretical Physics) and Cornell University (BA).
