The Bulgarian private sector’s potential must be utilised to the fullest when carrying out the Bulgarian hosting of the Three Seas Initiative (3SI). This was the message of the President, who met with representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (AmCham) and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) at the Presidency today.
The inclusion of Bulgarian companies in fora complementing the Initiative would increase their visibility and create opportunities for partnership and funding key projects, especially in the field of high-tech and communications, Mr. Rumen Radev declared.
Representatives of both organisations expressed their support for the initiative for regional connectivity. The President and the Board of AmCham highlighted the potential of the 3SI to implement high added-value projects. Representatives of the biggest technological companies in the world are also expected to participate in the business forum to be held during the Bulgarian Presidency of the Initiative.
