Statement by H.E. Mr Rumen Radev, President of the Republic of Bulgaria on the Three Seas
Dear Friends of the Three Seas Initiative,
Looking forward to the Summit in Tallinn in October 2020, I am truly delighted to have this preliminary opportunity to reiterate my dedication and readiness to fully support the spirit and goals of the Initiative. I really do hope that after lasting months of fighting the challenges of the Coronavirus and meeting with the negative medical, social and economic impact of the pandemic, we will be able to demonstrate again unity and implement concrete joint measures together with my fellow Presidents, in October this year. By putting the stress and concentrating our efforts on Connectivity, Cooperation and Communication, in all areas of common interest, we can substantially improve the economic synergy among the partner states, especially in the field of energy, transport and digital infrastructure. The summit in Tallinn has a vital mission to further advance the implementation of our common vision.
I wish President Kersti Kaljulaid, her staff, the officials engaged with the Summit preparation and the people of friendly Estonia good health, courage and success!
See you in October in Tallinn!
