On 12 May the Embassies of Latvia and Poland in the United Kingdom in cooperation with the Polish Development Bank will be holding an event “Three Seas Initiative: Business Opportunities in Filling the North-South Connectivity Gap”. The event will be putting the spotlight on the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund, and introducing the opportunities of the Investment Fund and its projects to the British stakeholders.
The event will be held in Guildhall, City of London, on the 12th of May 2022 at 9:30. Relevant participants may still register for the event to join panel discussion and keynotes from the representatives of the Latvia, Poland, the UK and other Three Seas Initiative countries to find out about the opportunities of strengthening connectivity and security of infrastructure, digital, and energy sectors on Europe’s North-South axis.
The event will start with introductions by the Ambassadors of Latvia and Poland to the UK, and keynote addresses given by Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka, President of the Management Board of BGK, the Polish Development Bank and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the 3SIIF, and Andris Teikmanis, Head of the Chancery of the President of Latvia. The event will continue with a panel discussion “The Need for Increased Connectivity in Energy, Transport and Digital Sectors” and dive in to the upcoming Summit and Business Forum in Riga. The final part of this event will be dedicated to the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund and discussing the projects and case studies of finalized, ongoing and planned infrastructure projects in the Three Seas Region.
