Before filling the accreditation form, please read the information on processing of your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

Controller

The controller of your personal data for the Summit and Business forum within the Three Seas Initiative on July 8 and 9, 2021 is the Administration of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria with contact details: Sofia 1123, blvd. Purposes of personal data processing

The personal data provided by you will be used for the purpose of issuing an accreditation badge for access to the National Palace of Culture for the Summit and Business Forum within the Three Seas Initiative on July 8 and 9, 2021. The categories processed personal data are reduced to names, ID card number, email, phone and the media from which the journalist is.

Categories of recipients of the personal data

Your personal data will only be provided to public authorities involved in the security of the Three Seas Summit and Business Forum on 8 and 9 July 2021, in accordance with their powers. The administrators of the site 3seas.eu, where the accreditation form is available, can have access to your data.

Storage limitation

The period for which your personal data will be stored is 1 month.

Your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

You have the following rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

• Right to information;

• Right of access by the data subject;

• Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");

• Right to restriction of processing;

• Right to data portability;

• Right to object at any time and on grounds related to the specific situation;

• Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal consequences for you or significantly affects you. The Administration of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria does not apply automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

You can exercise your rights with a written or electronic request to the controller of personal data of the above contact details. In the request you should indicate your name, address and other data for your identification as a data subject, describe what your request is, the preferred form of communication and actions on your request. You need to sign your application (if submitted electronically, the conditions of the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act, the Electronic Government Act and the Electronic Identification Act are applicable). We will take all necessary action to consider and rule on your applications within the period of 1 month set by Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission or the court.
