Future and role of the Three Seas cooperation platform in enhancing the economic growth and energy security of participating states.
Funding
Funding of international projects in the fields of energy, transport and digital infrastructure in the Three Seas region.
Connectivity
Outlining the Smart Connectivity vision representing an additional contribution on Estonia’s part to help find ways of making more effective use of infrastructure.
As the host of the Three Seas Virtual Summit I welcome you to
e-Estonia! Here in Tallinn we will be writing another chapter of the
initiative together - a chapter in which new investments and smarter
connectivity ensure that the Three Seas region continues to drive
economic growth in Europe.

Objectives
The Three Seas Initiative is designed to promote cooperation between 12 European nations and their partners.
The initiative aims to:
- promote cooperation for the development of infrastructure in the energy, transport and digital sectors
- foster economic growth
- ensure energy security
- boost Europe’s competitiveness
- enforce transatlantic cooperation
- achieve climate goals via smart investments
